The area

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland are one of the most naturally beautiful and inspiring places on earth, couple that with the fact that Scotland has been voted for the second year running as the “Best place to mountain bike in the world” and you’ve got the best mountain biking holiday ever!

And thanks to an increase in airlines flying to Inverness, and improved rail and coach links throughout the UK, it's never been easier to get to the Highlands and take advantage of the best mountain bike trails in the world!

Scotland also has a wealth of cultural attractions. Steeped in thousands of years of heritage, there are plenty of castles, museums and distilleries to keep the most determined of site seeing visitors happy.
